Can we trust the Olarila iso?

Olarila has built a Mac ISO which can be booted without any hacks. Can we trust this ISOs? Can we trust those ISO files in the web? No spyware? No adware?

Sorry, but this seems like an ISO that comes with a copy of OS X in the download package. Can't discuss those here.
