Used to use Maxthon when I was a Windows user years ago, always liked it! Alas no port as yet for Linux! Looks interesting.

Looks pretty nice, but I have some questions though. How do you remove the search bar and that sidebar on the left? How secure is this browser anyway?

One more thing, has anyone found a Chrome plugin to show bookmarks in multi-column menu (like in Maxthon)?

Couldn't come up with a better image than that!? Looks like a 2 year old drew it! Not that looks have anything to do with what I use, if it's to my liking, but never really have liked Maxthon. To many things to remove/edit, for me, to make it look like and act like I want it to be like. Never have understood the need for an IE addon based browser either.

Maxthon browsers are generally pretty good but they won't fix their add-on support, which makes it useless to me.

For instance, there is no way for LastPass to work with Maxhthon, and the developers do not want to allow it to work.

Sounds interesting but if history is any indication it's best to wait until they sort out the bugs on a new version before you install it.
