want to return to linux but newest ubuntu i had driver troubles

i want to return to linux but when i updated to the newest ubuntu i had major driver troubles with my geforce gts 360m


has drivers been updated to better cope with this ? or am i better off sticking with the release before the this

If the previous release was working fine then stick to the one you had before.

I just returned to Ubuntu about 5 minutes ago, (hearing about the Malware regading Bank Accounds being comprimized that affects Windows only was the last straw, I have a Debit Card from the U.S.A. Federal Government that my Social Security Disability Benifits get applied to, and don't want it getting comprimized) and had no problems at all setting up 32 Bit Ubuntu on my 2010 Dell Netbook.

You should try Mint if Ubuntu doesn't work. I've read of many people who tried Ubuntu and it wouldn't work and when they tried Mint (that is based on Ubuntu) it did. Go figure.
