+Gary7 Subscriber² Posted February 4, 2013 Subscriber² Share Posted February 4, 2013 I just use a Swiss Army Watch made by Wenger-- Titanium. I have had it over 10 years without ant problems. Keeps perfect time and I paid ~$100 or less for it.
flynempire
I have a Fossil watch since X-Mas and it is great. I do like expensive watches but in reality have never paid more than $250.00 for one. Never buy fakes, it is never worth it in the end. Invicta is a brand that makes nice watches. I always see them at very good prices

game_over
What are some reputable online watch shops? www.watchshop.com looked promising but after looking at their feedback on facebook almost all public posts are terrible, mainly complaints about customer services... it's probably only a small % of their customers but it does worry me.. Astra.Xtreme
I never wear a watch unless I'm going to a black-tie event, but the one I do own is an Invicta, which I remember wasn't expensive at all. They seem to have a pretty big catalog of styles. http://invictawatch....view-the-models And about a year ago, I bought my dad a Skagen watch, which are super low-profile and a neat, simplistic style. http://www.skagen.co...ns_watches.html

+Mirumir Subscriber¹ Posted February 8, 2013 Subscriber¹ Share Posted February 8, 2013 To me, the watches have become a pure accessory. I stopped wearing them ages ago, like a decade ago. And the last time I used to wear them, I found myself checking the time on my cell phone a lot more often. And because I always preferred mechanical mechanisms over quartz, I often had to adjust the time due to not wearing the watches regularly (they would stop). I do still appreciate the Swiss made watches. My favourite brand is Vacheron Constantin.

For Fossil, if I don't buy direct from their online store or physical store, eBay is your best bet. There are tonnes.
