Yikes! 

 

Is there no way of us to have like we used to have? i.e spawn was in a "neutral" map & you could go left or right if you wanted survival/creative. That enabled the best of both worlds.

 

Survival is more rewarding & imo stops the game from getting boring... but some builds (i.e my beacon paradise!) are almost impossible to build if not in creative.

 

I think it's a real pain to set up. There might be other ways to manage this if people have strong feelings about it. I can see how creative vs survival builds look & feel quite different for example, so someone might prefer not to have creative stuff happening near spawn.

 

I play survival 90% of the time and really don't care what other people do as long as they don't mess with my stuff without permission Le Sigh.

i just want to put my 2 cents in as far as a giant penis i really find that to be immature how ever i feel that people should be allowed to build as the want but near spawn that seems a little much but thats just my 2 cents and wont keep me from playing even though im not on as much as i used to be

I've had to tweak the optimisations a bit as the initial render came in at 11GB, so let me know if everything looks ok.

So it looks like yet again we have a thief on the server. In my castle I have 4 armour stands, each with a full set of leather, iron, diamond and gold armour on them. Logged in today to find the diamond helmet missing.

 

Not only that, but someone has taken it upon themselves to remove the waterfall around my castle.

 

This is completely unacceptable. It's griefing, and specifically against the rules. I am very annoyed about this.

The waterfall removal was my fault. Re-instated. 

 

As for the helmet.. good question who took it. Same goes for the graffiti.

You're not the only one to lose armor. I had some behind glass that was stolen. Oh well. I hope whoever took it gets good use out of it -- it was just my final iron set before upgrading to diamond.

 

Not that it really matters, I'm mostly not really here anyway.

 

By the way, I may have found the source of some of the lag. Someone had removed the lava from my chicken cooker and they were building up. That's been fixed (along with a couple of other "presents" I was left with).

While I was looking around today I found a "memorial". I have to say, there's a difference between being obscene and being funny.

 

That memorial is BRILLIANT.

 

I'm glad something creative and clever came out in the end.

Yeah, that's not cool. It's a nice black building block. I use charcoal exclusively so I can save coal for those rare occasions where I need that block -- one of the reasons I build a tree farm so early in my process.

 

They really need to get a modded server up so this stuff can get logged.

Just logged into server today, aint been on awhile been busy and someone has greifed my house, BADLY!

 

All the redstone to my items room has been destroyed, rendering the door broke.

They have broke my front door, yet again by taking redstone from it.

ALL my emeralds are gone, had about 3 stacks.

All My coal has gone, had a full double chest full.

 

This is only what i have noticed so far, but can be fixed, but this is a joke. 

 

EDIT: My Diamond Horse Armor, the only one i had has gone aswell

I noticed that last week. There was lava flowing through your house. I blocked some of the lava as best I could, but I thought it best to let you try to fix it. The stone blocks are the ones I left.

 

I think it's really sad that people feel the need to do this kind of stuff. I just don't understand how messing with someone else's build makes people happy.  Decency in general seems to be in short supply these days.

Yeah i noticed the cobblestone blocks, thanks for that, Forjo. The obviously tried to dig around my security door, will have to make it more secure

I can help with emeralds -- I have a farmer villager and a produce nanofarm in the same room. He can make unlimited emeralds. You're welcome to come over and use both.

 

I also have an second set of diamond horse armor if you'd like it.

 

Of course, will all the people running around in creative it wouldn't be that hard to get stuff -- unless you're like me and are strictly survival.
