Azusa
Ok the mouse i have is the logitech G9 which i've had for some time now and it stops working mid click (see image) so i was thinking of investing in a new mouse and as i don't play games as much as i used to i was thinking of going for something a little more civil but still with extra buttons so what's the best i could get for under ?50? Mindovermaster Moderator Posted December 20, 2012 Moderator Share Posted December 20, 2012 I would get any Logitech mice. The only brand I use. I use the M305 mice (have 5 of them currently) they do have a left/right/center scroll click. Dunno if that will work. f0rk_b0mb 1 Share
Azusa
Any more suggestions?
f0rk_b0mb
Love it! Best mouse I've ever owned. Very comfortable to use. It comes with weights, lights up red, and the software is pretty lightweight and easy to use. http://www.newegg.co...N82E16826104318 If you don't want that, I'd recommend one of these. My friend has one and loves it. http://www.razerzone.com/gaming-mice Edit: MADCAT R.A.T 's look pretty cool too.
Reacon
Funny thing is, the click mechanism in Logitech's mice tends to break in that exact same way, regardless of what mouse I buy. It'll only get worse from there on out, and pretty soon your click will cease to work. However, their mice are relatively cheap, and take a few years each to break. So I still recommend them :) Get a G400. One of the few mice with a "perfect" 1:1 sensor. Razor Naga is another.

Mindovermaster Moderator Posted December 20, 2012 Moderator Share Posted December 20, 2012 I had a G5 mouth a few years ago, and the right click lost the "click", wouldn't come back on. So I called up Logitech, they said they were sending a replacement. I got a G5 v2 from them. I spent no money.
Azusa
So if i call Logitech's customer support there's a chance i might get a free replacement?

threetonesun
Or at least a discount. If not, the G400 is a good, inexpensive replacement.
cacoe
I'm very fond of my aging Logitech RX1500 and the tracking seems to mess up from time to time on it. A few whacks to the desk and it's back in working order again :)
patseguin Global Moderator Posted December 22, 2012 Global Moderator Share Posted December 22, 2012 For gaming, I love my Corsair Vengeance mouse. For everyday use, my favorite is my Logitech T620 multitouch wireless mouse.
