The Windows Media player and the Video App are unable to display any videos although sound can be heard in background. Video Card is an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 with Catalyst Control Centre 12.11. WMP on Windows 7 worked flawlessly before upgrade. On an added note, I have reinstalled Windows 8 from DVD and also refreshed the PC. Please advise.
