lmao, from Weibo(Chinese Mirco-blog) -

Translation: The iPhone5 is longer, lighter and thinner, but then it caused another problem - if you put it in your back pocket and sit on it, then you have a good chance to bend it.

Hmm, seems a bit weird as you would have to put a serious amount of force on it to bend like that. Let alone so perfectly.

Any more photos of it from other the other side or different angles?

Nothing good has come out of putting your phone in your back pocket ever.

At least it still lives unlike many other phones that can't get through that kind of damage, let alone, how tight the hardware is.

Seems like the iPhone 5 has beaten the Samsung Galaxy S4 to the bendable display

I do a lot, but my wallet is in the same pocket, and the phone would be closer to my body, plus usually being in so tight, the phone isn't all the way down to the bottom of the pocket, so really it doesn't get all the pressure on it..

It is caused by both pressure and body heat over time.

Well if it still works he at least has a fun story to tell people whenever he uses his phone.

I wonder if Apple will use this when they patent flexible displays.....

But seriously, dont be stupid and sit when your phone is in your back pocket. Mine goes in my front pocket, never in my back.

This is why my phone goes into my front pocket along with my wallet.
