Hello! I am working on a project regarding how Microsoft manages its employees. I have to compare it with how other companies differ with Microsoft's managing style.

I need some particulars, and interesting points (preferably novel) regarding it. I would really appreciate if you would chip in with some stuff and facts.

That's a very broad question. If you are referring to HR politics (career, wage policies, etc), then you'll have to reach the HR department. IF... they give you any information (this is inside information), then you'll get open, broad data anyway.

If you want to know about how the high level management works, then search for gossips on the Internet. Also, each manager has it's own particular behavior.

The CEO dictates many cultural aspects of a company, including management... Then... Search for Steve Ballmer.
