Tom
So a friend of mine got a Lumia 920 and my first impression of it was 'Holy crap. This feels SO nice in the hand.' I also realized that those that were complaining about it being heavy and big... well they're obviously used to having miniscule things. Unlike many phones, it feels solid and not like it's about to snap in half Anyway.. I have read about the camera being brilliant so I thought I'd test it against my Lumia 800. I expected the 920 to beat it but the amount it beat it by, I was not expecting. I put the images side by side for comparison. The top row is the 920, the bottom the 800. The first column of images is with flash and the second is without flash. Side by side comparison As it's a large image it's been compressed quite a bit so you can't see the exact quality of each image although if you want to see full scale here you go: Lumia 920 no flash Lumia 920 flash Lumia 800 no flash Lumia 800 flash Truly remarkable. subcld and Aergan 2 Share

phunkymunky
i have to say, i'm absolutely amazed at the quality of the camera on the 920. I was never much of a shooter when i had the 800, but now owning a 920, i'm taking more and more because the quality is incredible! i'll be interested to see what improvements to the camera the 'portico' update brings...
