That would be a matter of opinion.

That was my point. ;)

Maybe if the 'breaking news' bit had been left off you could have written a proper title.

Bs is bs, clutching at straws and all that. Don't you think this all would have been verified prior to the original election?

Fact is he's not some red neck dumbass, he's intelligent and knows his geography and big shock... His mixed race! He was always going to have a harder time than any other president but when you look at the people giving him the hardest time, you smile knowing that I doubt they're anything more than an annoying little insect to him and frankly they're normally the sort of people that shouldn't be allowed freedom to do anything in the first place let alone vote.

Maybe you can fix the thread title while your at it, This breaking news happened back in May. Seems even back then it was a failed breaking news story.

Not "breaking news" if this item was back in May. Removed from title.

As an outside observer looking in on you lot, quite the opposite actually. The reality behind all you "birthers" I believe you're called; people who're convinced Obama isn't American etc, is quite obvious to anyone with any sense.

Well so you're calling me a birther? Why do you need to label? Fact is Obama wasn't born in the US. His certificate is false. Arguing about it on Neowin makes no sense. Labeling people when you people don't want to be labeled is hypocritical. Knock off your BS & move on

Oh please. :p

There's more legit evidence Obama is a legal US citizen, and lawful president.

The legal system (in theory) is designed to innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
It's convenient to flip to guilty until proven innocent view when you don't want it to.

Important Update From Dr. Orly Taitz’s Facebook page:

Someone is spreading false information. Alvin Onaka never issued any statement admitting to forgery. PP simmons posted an article, where he said that it might be related to my subpoenas. This is not correct. The only thing I got was a fax from Jill Nagamine, deputy attorney general of Hawaii, where she objected to subpoena. Among the objections is that $975 received by Onaka with the subpoena is not enough, that the court (Judge England and the plaintiffs, presidential electors and Presidential Candidates do not have a tangible interest) and so on. I am dealing with it an a number of other issues, such as filing proofs of service of process and buying tickets for witnesses. there are a number of other things. At any rate a report by Albert Hendershott that Onaka admitted to forgery is flagrantly wrong, there is no such admission .

Will – MFS I sincerely hope The Obama Hustle will issue a denial of this story, i believed his ‘sources’ were genuine, certainly in view of the following statement he made on his site , I can only say it seemed genuine at the time.
