Important Update From Dr. Orly Taitz’s Facebook page:

Someone is spreading false information. Alvin Onaka never issued any statement admitting to forgery. PP simmons posted an article, where he said that it might be related to my subpoenas. This is not correct. The only thing I got was a fax from Jill Nagamine, deputy attorney general of Hawaii, where she objected to subpoena. Among the objections is that $975 received by Onaka with the subpoena is not enough, that the court (Judge England and the plaintiffs, presidential electors and Presidential Candidates do not have a tangible interest) and so on. I am dealing with it an a number of other issues, such as filing proofs of service of process and buying tickets for witnesses. there are a number of other things. At any rate a report by Albert Hendershott that Onaka admitted to forgery is flagrantly wrong, there is no such admission .

Will – MFS I sincerely hope The Obama Hustle will issue a denial of this story, i believed his ‘sources’ were genuine, certainly in view of the following statement he made on his site , I can only say it seemed genuine at the time.

Fact is Obama wasn't born in the US. His certificate is false. Arguing about it on Neowin makes no sense.

You and I have a different notion of what constitutes a "fact".

Holy **** are we STILL going on about this? If Republicans could stop wasting their time on conspiracy theories, maybe they could actually pick up the pieces of their party that's in shambles. Try focusing your effort on something useful. The Republican party has proven itself to be a complete joke in the last two elections. I could have run against their candidates and won. Some of us independents would love to have a real conservative option to vote for, so let's give the clowns like Romney, Ryan, and Palin a break and try finding candidates worth voting for please.

Whether you believe Obama is U.S., Kenyan or an Alien.... so far as President, he has done more good for America than Bush or any other GOP contender has to date. Sorry, while Romney was busy flipfloppin, Obama was working. While he is now worrying about the "fiscal cliff" and economy, the GOP is busy trying to deny funding for Sandy Relief.

Never let Facts get in the way of a good witch hunt.

Many birthers, such as Pennsylvania attorney Phil Berg, allege that Obama was born in Kenya and that his Kenyan grandmother is on tape saying that she was present at his birth there.
Yet the tape circulated on the Internet doesn't actually say that — and the full tape actually contradicts it.
On the tape, the woman thought to be Sarah Obama is prodded by a Berg ally who's a self-described bishop from the U.S. to affirm that Obama was born in Kenya.
"Was she present when he was born in Kenya?" Bishop Ron McRae asks in the taped phone call.
"She says yes she was. She was present when Obama was born," says the voice of translator.
The tape ends abruptly.
Despite Berg's assertions, the response didn't actually confirm a birth in Kenya. Moreover, a longer version of the tape shows the elder Obama decidedly denying a Kenyan birth immediately after the first tape was cut off.
"I would like to go by the place, the hospital where he was born. Can you tell me where he was born? Was he born in Mombasa?" McRae is heard asking.
"Obama was not born in Mombasa. He was born in America," the translator says after talking to the woman.
"I thought he was born in Kenya," McRae asks again.
"He was born in America, not in Mombasa," says the response. Another response later says, "Obama in Hawaii. Hawaii. She says he was born in Hawaii."

Still, the charge has spread despite no evidence that Obama was born in Kenya and compelling evidence that he was born in Hawaii.

I guess freak180 no longer has an opinion on the matter.

We don't have the Money for Sandy relief but have $711 billion for the military.

That's what being "fiscally responsible" means
