Izlude
I've got this Gameboy that plugs into the sewing machine and it is supposed to make embroidery patches of pictures in the game. I have the original Singer game cartridge, but I hear there's one called "Mario Family" (a Gameboy Color cart only released in Japan) that's floating around. I can't find it on ebay, amazon etc... someone's got one to sell somewhere.. Might anyone know an easier way to find one for sale on the net? I guess it's so unheard of, even google isn't showing results of it except for a couple of small wickys and oddity articles. I must have it. :(
Intersect
i know the cart you are talking about, its super rare to find an official one. but iam sure if you had a blank cart you could add a ROM from the companie that make the sewing machine ;)
Izlude
That's actually not a bad idea :o I at least just want to get this machine up and running (apart from the Singer Cart it came with). I can at least sew names :) I'll look into that... But yeah, from what I've read (from really old posts) the game runs around 80-120 USD, possibly higher since 2008. I wouldn't mind paying 80 for sure, some folks are sympathetic to those who love collecting :) Hoping to find that kind of person :p It's an awesome machine. Izlude
My Many Thanks Pal :) I'm already into vinyl pressing, img transfers etc.. something as interesting as this is sure to add new zest to the upcoming store. I will order my cartridge too. I'll have to make a video for youtube later, seeing as nobody has really made any elaborate reviews/samples etc... Carolecat
HI Izlude, I have had this sewing machine for years, my kids took off with the Game Boy and the cartridge got lost too. So I bought one on Ebay for $50. I figured that the sewing machine is worthless without it, so I bought it. Then of course today I found the original cartridge!! So now I have an extra. If you want to buy it from me, I can sell it for what I paid. Let me know. msucarole@yahoo.com is my email.
Tha Bloo Monkee
I doubt the thread is relevant anymore but I would try PMing the OP instead.
