Morrowind texture help..

So i downloaded a armor texture pack

I put all of the textures in the right folder, and there is absolutely no difference.

How do i make them work?

According to the instructions all those textures are all in separate folders, and you have to take them out of those and just throw them all into the /Textures folder.

If you've already done this then I've no idea, that's pretty much all that needs to be done.

I took them all out of the folder..

I dont get why its not working.
