In the uTorrent settings (BitTorrent category) try switching encryption to forced and turning 'accept legacy' off. That ensures all your data will be encrypted and it also fools most ISP's. Mine at least.

If it is seed count then its just counting how much % of the whole file can be reached. So over %200 (just over 2 full seeds)

However I use utorrent and the only thing that looks close to that type of number is a seed/eech ratio

You're correct, in uTorrent it displays seeds as a ratio. I believe you can view total seeds / total leeches, but my memory fails me, and I'm at work, so I cannot check.

Downloads are a two-way street.

Speed depends on not only your ISP connection, but also the other guy's.

If they are also downloading, or have bit torrent set to low bandwith, or they are sharing multiple files at once, --- all these things will slow down the speed that you are receiving the download.
