Is there a forum somewhere where designers give their opinion and help?

I am currently finishing up a game for Windows Phone I built in my spare time. The coding is pretty much done and now I am trying to figure out how to make the game pretty. This is a simple game puzzle (a grid of 10x10 with balls with the Windows Phone 8 colors -- see http://marcofranssen.nl/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/PhoneThemeColors.png).

I completed the balls (using a Photoshop tutorial) and now I need a background and I don't know what color would work with the ball colors. In brief, I need help from a designer.

I was wondering if people know a forum (or a website) where people discuss and critique design. Not only that, but I would like to get suggestions and help.

That's a good one. But that's a bit too artist oriented. I am just a programmer who tries to make a game pretty. :-) I am nowhere close to the caliber of the people on DevianArt.

Ehh... I don't understand your comment. Where do I imply it "lesser forms of art". I am just saying that a gameboard design doesn't require the skill those people at DeviantArt have.

I didn't mean to put that into your mouth that way, more like figuratively.

My question remains.
