nekkidtruth
What kind of phone is it? Most manufacturers have their own software for such functions. For example, Samsung has Kies.

Sarm
I use Google Music, and then Dropbox for photos/video to be synced to CLOUD and my PC etc.Not found anything better to be honest and I've tried a lot (Doubletwist, MediaMonkey)not sure about playlists however as I don't use them. Shadrack
Google Music Manager + iTunes on my Mac worked well with me when I was using Android. It is only 1 way syncing though. I.e., if you make a playlist of iTunes it will sync to Google Music Manager and be on your Android device. If you make a change to a playlist or create a new playlist in Google Music or on your Android device, it won't sync back to iTunes.
corrosive23
You dont need an application. Plug it into your computer and bam there is the phone. At least with mine. I can see all the folders and drag and drop what ever I want.
