The fragment from ~15:30 to 17:00 nails it pretty much. Who is to blame and how has it happened? The author points to the communists ... which is slightly disappointing, but it's not surprising. I just think it's the powers that be (Ockham's razor). The author would have done a greater service for his country and us all if he had analysed the material pertaining to those who sponsored the early communists.
