The true question we should be asking:

What happened to the ground? Did it cracked? Somebody must pay for it ;)

That is my question, too. Had she not been overweight, it probably wouldn't have broke. Meaning she should have to foot the bill for reconstruction.

Instead, it is the other way around; her weight isn't to blame, but is the savior, and she will probably expect payment, and sue the city for the accident.

I'm not one for "blaming the victim," but in this case, I am.

fell through a sidewalk? at 400lbs? uh what badly designed sidewalk is this? most sidewalks can support the weight of cars or more! 400lbs should not cause a sidewalk to give way

6ft.... fatal, **** off i used to jump off the lower sections of my high school roof when i was younger and that was higher than 6 ft. Only way if it was fatal was if you onto an iron bar piercing ya body or something like that.

i think if your over a certain weight and its self inflicted (cus i know some conditions make you gain weight etc) then it should be your problem and health care system should refuse to pay for anything seeing as thats one of the biggest strains on it atm.

They might not have even needed a tunnel. This women could have just sit on all the bank employees while the robbers got away.
