I know Virgin Media users get free Wi-Fi access in the London Underground stations, and BT Broadband users get free access to Wi-Fi hotspots around the UK. Am I missing any?

As far as I'm aware, Plusnet offer no such additional "bonus" services.

What else do others offer?

EE/Orange give you BT Wifi access to hotspots and "Orange Wednesdays". Router provided (Brightbox) supports QoS (IP, port, application name, TCP/UDP, incoming port), wireless N 300mbit (2.4Ghz, 2 VLANS) but Wireless Isolation is force enabled and is 100mbit for the switch.
£5 off the monthly bill if you have an Orange or EE phone.

The benefit of Virgin is that it's not ADSL :p.

BT and EE (via BT) offer Fibre to the cabinet now. It's a heck of an improvement over ADSL/ADSL2+.

Only if you're not a Virgin, Vodafone or EE customer.

And so much better than Virgin's definitely-not-fibre-but-cable broadband.
