Craig Hopson
hi guys I am building a triple boot system with Mac, Linux, Windows using Chameleon as my bootloader i have 1 SSD with all 3 OS's on it and all works except windows i have got the error- BOOTMGR is missing Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart now a little Google'ing has said just repair with the install disk which is no problem. THE QUESTION - If i repair this problem with the CD as per Google will it mess up my boot order? (Chameleon or my MBR/GPT) or is there another way? Thanks in advance. Aergan
It will mess up your boot loader but will likely let you boot straight into Windows.
ingramator
Bootloaders always start complaining when you have Windows and Linux because both of them want their own loader and to be the default! Throw in OSX and it becomes a $H!+ fight! Chameleon is actually pretty good at loading the three up but sometimes (can be depending on which OS was installed last) things will screw up. Try repairing Windows to see how you go and if you cant get the tri-boot then format everything and start from scratch again!
