I don't know if these is a feasible option but it might be worth your while re-selling the license keys for $10, HDD for $10, RAM for $10 and then try and get money for recycling the case. Given the shipping costs involved with shipping the whole computer, it might be cheaper over all selling the parts individually. You could try re-selling the CPU too but it's unlikely to sell

I might be wrong, but in this instance your computers may cost less then the sum of their parts

The Win OSes are probably(?) OEM so they can't be resold, but selling off the rest of the parts piece by piece is probably the best option. Believe it or not old RAM can sell on Craigslist, though 256mb-512mb sticks will be a harder sell no doubt. They won't sell for a lot (guessing less than $10 apiece?) but it's still something. If it's Rambus RAM it'll be worth a bit more, those are harder to replace in older systems.
The other parts I'm not even sure if you can sell them.. maybe try selling the hard drives together as a lot & see if you can get $15-$20 for them. Someone doing data recovery might want to buy them for the controller boards if they're still operational.
Motherboards could be worth something if they're from specific computer OEM models that someone might be looking to replace a dead board with.. again, won't be worth much maybe $20 if you're lucky to sell at all.
re: the laptop, someone on Ebay might be interested in the chassis if it's in decent condition. $50-$100?
To be honest, I'd be surprised if a business actually wanted you to spend hours on trying to sell equipment that'll only amount to $50 or so. My boss would have some pretty strong opinions on the cost/labor involved for this sort of thing.. just saying
