running win2003 explorer on windows8?

Has anyone had this working on Win8-64? Windows Server 2003's Explorer is the most productive version I've ever used. Alternatively a cleverly customized win8 explorer might do, but so far, I've seen nothing that looks anything other than retarded when compared to the true 'classic' Explorer look.

Why?

Just use Windows Server 2003/2008 R2 instead!!!

Classic shell is interesting, but it doesn't go classic enough heh!

what i want is real borders on things, absolutely no attempt what-so-ever to anti-alias fonts, but with font hinting, like this:
