After a few seconds, the keyboard becomes unresponsive and then the machine seems to restart. Here's what I've tried:- Different RAM Different RAM in all possible combinations Different PSU Tried it out-of-case incase of shorting With and without external GPU All possible video card outputs Without any optical / hdd plugged in The problem remains regardless. Are you sure you have all the appropriate power cables connected to the motherboard? for example, is the CPU power cable connected? Does it need the full 8-pin connector, or does the 6-pin suffice? Neu B Posted February 8, 2013 Share Posted February 8, 2013 Take out the battery. Wait 15 seconds or so. Put it back in and turn it on.
