Probably not a large number, most likely just one... the skateboarder (much like a motocycle Vs car incident)
All that was needed was for one of those motorists to panic and swerve into the oncoming traffic and you have a large number of deaths
Like thats ever stopped anyone before. Risk takers are gonna take risks, no matter the warnings or their skill level they think they have, but you'll know it...right after you exceed it.
