What was your initial reaction to Windows 8?

I'd be back to Win 7 in a flash if it weren't for the integration of Hyper-V, the Remote Desktop app (allows multiple concurrent sessions), and better startup, sleep, and wake from sleep times. All of the UI "enhancements" can be BURNED WITH FIRE from my perspective. But I've agreed to accept the substantial bad with the good.

My initial reaction? Something like this: "Yuck. Ugh. Nooooo!!!!111!!! WTF were they thinking?"

I have been messing around with the trial of Win8 for the past week or so. Just spending a lot of time fooling around and getting used to it. One thing that is annoying is that when you browse apps, the screen doesnt scroll when you move the mouse to the edge of the screen. However, the screen does scroll in the All Apps list.

Is this just me? Or Win8?
