Start Menu "Computer" Says "3".

Clicking on the START button opens the menu but since I can remember, the "Computer" word has been changed to a "3".

This is also present in explorer.

Does anyone know how to fix?

Can you right click and rename it? Damn I got beat!! I had to find a windows 7 machine around me first to test it before making the suggestion! doh!
