Arrow gets seconds season

Recommended Posts

As expected the CW network announced today that the DC Comics-based Arrow will be back for a second season. Arrow, which is a realistic take on DC?s Green Arrow comic book character posted the CW?s most watched premiere since 2009, and has consistently topped the network?s schedule in overall ratings. With some strong guest stars slated for upcoming episodes including Doctor Who?s Alex Kingston (see "Alex Kingston of 'Doctor Who' Joins 'Arrow'"), it is unlikely that Arrow will suffer many viewer defections during the second half of its debut season.

Well... honestly I didnt like it. The dialogs are trite (Specially the overacted monologues), the plot is not really interesting and the actors are wooden. The directing work is also quite mundane as some episodes really look like Smallville sans special effects (Similar settings, shots, transitions and editing).

Stop watching it after the 6th episode. It was way over the top and the fighting and acting is just bad. I call it Soup Opera on steroids!
