Its for a forum/concept it doesnt need to be saved as png with a transparent background. Dont look for fault where there is none. Original logo below. Only real changes are the odd shadow to the text and that red bit, which imho stands out and makes the whole thing look out of sync. Likewise the green stamp version of the logo isnt a drastic enough change. Also you can find it already created on google images.
