Office 2010 Translation Languages

I need to translate text in Word and Outlook 2010, when i click on the Translate Document button it only shows two languages to translate in, English and Spanish. I already instaleld the language pack in the language i need from http://www.mydigitallife.info/office-2010-language-packs-free-official-direct-download-links/. But the additional language is not showing. How can i add more languages in Office 2010. I am using Windows XP
