Just noticed swear words on wikipedia

Well, maybe it just me, I don't know the rules to wrile articles on Wikipedia and I always thought that articles on Wikipedia should not contain any kind of swearing.
Try:

For any change you need a good source or big chance it gets reverted.

I don't have an account to modify articles on Wikipedia. And now that I'm thinking about it, I've never seen a "report" button on any article.

You don't need to "report" it to anybody, you can do it yourself. That's why there is no report button. On the "View History" tab on the page, you can see all revisions of it. Find the offending revision, (most likely the latest one) and click undo next to the revision.

probably some kids at 4chan trying to be funny
what they dont realise is that editing wikipedia articles is very old and not funny

Wikipedia can never be taken seriously until they implement even a basic document review process. Everything goes straight from edit to production.
