(Account no longer active) Posted March 1, 2013 Share Posted March 1, 2013 Yeah but why did Microsoft have to make the Windows 1.0 and Windows 8 logo so easily copy-able so anyone could draw it up in Paint? :p Microsoft themselves probably designed it in Paint (Windows 1.0 logo in MacPaint). You have consider whether this leads to consumer confusion... And since almost none of the customer base really knows what the win1.0 logo is, its probably a non-issue.
