Agreed, it seems like the hospital didn't do anything wrong. There is no way they could have known and took action as soon as they did become aware. Must better to go after the doctors' estate/liability insurance.
Funny how they didnt bother to try sue the man even though he's dead now, but sues the hospital that helps them just cus of 1 guy. people have all this stuff backwards
