No home button from what I can see? The bottom of the front just looks like the current iPhone, but a smaller area with the home button removed.

Not real if you look close at the iphone branding you notice theres a blur effect used also the clock is consistent on all images at 4:41pm which would make it not real, also anthor thing to point out all the other images dont have finger markings as well so even if it was real it still show consistently in all pics

That's funny. These mockups where made before the iPhone 5 was released. The person who made the mockup was hoping that the iPhone 5 would look like that. So it's technically HTC that copied those mockups :p
