MediaWiki Theme

I'm looking to start up a wiki and need a basic theme designed for use with MediaWiki.

Anyone out there who can offer their services? I'm not looking to spend much as its an informational site and will not be generating money.

Or if anyone can help with some tips of customizing MediaWiki that would be greatly appreciated. I already have a logo to go for the site which I got designed by IMPBSL on these forums :-).
