So whats up with that? Hire the guy that defended Adobe Flash like wild to become Apple's VP of Technology? This will be interesting...

I'm guessing apple is able to separate a persons skills as a CTO from his announcements and statements as a company CTO.

What, you think Apple's going to hire a guy that bad-mouths the products and services his company offers? They need people that can withstand the flames of the competition. Hell, Apple faces harsh criticisms about their products each and every day, from the competition to the everyday consumer.

It's just like debate really, where they give you a topic to be either for or against, except you get paid.

Seriously? He's not at adobe any more. If he "pushes" for adobe for 2 seconds he's fired. Why would any employee, regardless of their previous experience, champion for the competitor?
