No, I downloaded the free version first, then realised what I did and went back to the site, download the Pro version and just overwrote the old install, when it first loaded it asked for the serial And yea, its the sort of thing I use as a last resort before formatting, I've had the odd time that a reg cleaner has fixed what I couldn't, weird issues like audio worked from a browser but not from windows Can't complain for free though Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
