Do KeyScrambler 3.0 Personal and Zemana AntiLogger Free clash?

Both are the free versions and on a Windows 7 machines (of my parents).

I was just wondering if it were an overkill (or bad for Windows 7) to have them both installed?

I also have them both on my computer (also Windows 7) and on occasion I see scrambled text instead of what I'm writing; so I'm guessing that is the work of Keyscrambler?
