What do you mean by "none of the authentication methods supported by this client are supported by your server"?

What server are you trying to connect to?

What firewall are they using at work? Is it blocking outbound traffic? Check to make sure ports are open?

nothing changed on any configuration in the company

POP3 mail hosted outside the company

yes checked all ports , ip , name if blocked

all are Ok

it seems an issue with the ISP as when connecting from other ones we dont see the problem

what I need to check from ISP side ?

"Receiving is fine"

Which would be pop, do you mean you can not send mail? What are you setting for sending? Are you trying to send via just smtp with auth before, are you trying to use TLS to auth?

What company are you using for outside email services?

Its quite possible if your trying to send via smtp (port 25) that your isp is blocking that - many isps block 25 outbound from their network.

we receive the warning even emails are received always

the problem is when outlook does a send/receive

we checked the ports with provider and they confirmed port 25 is fine and nothing changed from their side and all should be fine .

Its like pulling teeth with tweezers getting anything to work with around here.

What company are you using for email so we can look up the setting for them, what settings are you using? Are you even using 25 to send? Maybe your on 587 or something if your using TLS?

Why don't you just drop to a cmd prompt and test and see what error you get when talking to the email server to send email?

Didn't do anything, but your welcome I guess. So yet another issue with no root cause found, but without any info to work it wasn't looking good anyway.
