Atomic Wanderer Chicken
There needs to be a separate section for each OS, it would not only help a person with or finding an issue, but it will keep everything about a specific OS in that specific OS's catergory. The way everything is right now is just not organized and kind of messy. I honestly think it would be great for one section just to discusss XP or a section specifically for discussing Windows 9x like 95 and 98. Example: *Windows XP Discussion *Windows Vista Discusion *Windows 7 Discussion *Windows 8 Discussion *Windows 9X and DOS Discussion *Other Windows Discussion
articuno1au
No.. You can discuss the different version of an OS inside of a single forum. It's not like we have enough Vista topics to justify an entire forum dedicated to it.
Max Norris
Personally, just my opinion yadda yadda, too much clutter. Quite a lot of "Windows discussion" can apply to any current version of the OS, a lot of it isn't version specific and/or just not enough people using it anymore to justify it. Well, except maybe the obligatory "baww Metro" threads, perhaps that sort of thing should get its own subforum, just because. If anything, use tags when appropriate. Especially goes for __-DOS and Win 9x though.. belongs in a history book, not the forums.
Growled Member Posted April 15, 2013 Member Share Posted April 15, 2013 I can't keep up with all the forums we have now. I would be against doing this. Hum 1 Share
