boot.ini appearing in Disk Utility without using bootcamp?

Basically after doing a disk repair I saw a strange entry in Disk Uitlity. This is a new HDD with only OSX partitions on it. Can anyone explain why boot.ini is listed?

Thats weird :/ I don't have it and I have a bootcamp partition...
