hi,

New Epson Scanner GT-S50 Epson scan set up driver won't install. keeps giving me "error occured during setup re start computer then try again" Work fine on other pc with windows 7 but not Dell. Tried both website download and cd. all other software loads fine. Epson tech support can't fix. HELP!

  • Do you have admin privileges on the machine?
  • What is the model of the Dell?
  • Am I right in assuming that it is also running Windows 7, or is it running a different OS?
