Same VIN? Only real way that could happen is if someone made a fake VIN plate... or the Mfg screwed up when making the plates and printed one twice... but I don't think that really happens that much as it's all automated... if someone copied a VIN then they can figure that out through serial numbers all over the car that should match it in the mfg's databases


I guess that's something that the police will have to look at now.

Did you talk to your own insurance company about the situation, it's pretty typical for your insurance to now pay out then sue the other insurance company for the at-fault claim.

Yes I believe this is the route we are going to take.

Going to? you should of taken a route by now
