Throwboy has officially kicked off it's kickstarter. If you donate $100 you will get an iCeo. There was only 1,200 ever made. He is still has 98 Left.

im pretty sure you can get sued for using someones likeness and personal attributes,especially for commercial purposes.

im pretty sure you can get sued for using someones likeness and personal attributes,especially for commercial purposes.

unless of course, if he had licensing aggreement beforehand (which i doubt) ...

Not really, according to the kickstarter rules, he's breaking them. he should have used etsy or one of the other kickstarter like systems that is about selling the final product.

yeah, and that's against the new rules and guidelines for kickstarter. there are other places where you can get paid in advanced to make people's dolls and stuff.

Well he doesn't have to make them. They are already made.
