Since I have other games to play currently going to hold off on this one, but really looking forward to checking it out down the road. Hoping it comes to PSN + one day actually. (Y)

Bought it yesterday and love it. I actually think it's the best Far Cry game yet, oddly enough.

i loved the sound of this game. the marketing is amazing

i want to love it. however i dont. i got easily bored!

no where near the original far cry 3, and the 80s antics are not enough for me to enjoy it.

hopefully you have a better experience.

Did not realize there was a demo for it on PSN, so I downloaded it and plan to check it out maybe as early as tomorrow if I have some time between my yard work and the Knicks game. If not definitely during the week. I may wind up just picking it up now, looking for an FPS that is just fun for the sake of being fun.

I actually didn't think the demo was a good representation of the game. It's basically the tutorial level, which isn't very fun. It's funny, however.

I played the first like.. hour and a half of it and just felt really bored with it. I also felt like the game kinda tries a bit too hard to be funny. Dunno if i can manage to get myself to get further in to see if it manages to become a little less dull.

I think the general feeling is if you try to take this game to seriously or judge it traditionally you will have a bad time with it.

Its ok, quite funny, but if you already played Far Cry 3 then its nothing special. Can't complain, decent price, doesn't require Far Cry 3, and some good comedic writing. But not amazing.

SO MANY references to classic 80' action films/tv. Even the music is an odd combination of Terminator and A-Team themes. It true that you should approach this as a tongue and cheek game. Past that; it's fun and different.
