jerzdawg
This - $50.00 on my checking account statement :p Impressive list when you see it put together like that. Almost makes me wish I signed up for PS+ way back when it was launched. Great investment for those who enjoy the games released.
D. S. Veteran Posted May 3, 2013 Veteran Share Posted May 3, 2013 I think if it was the EU list it would be even more impressive.
DirtyLarry Veteran Posted May 3, 2013 Veteran Share Posted May 3, 2013 I think if it was the EU list it would be even more impressive. It no doubt would. I say this as someone who has time and time again wished I was able to get the offers the EU version of + received. A few months back I posted an article I think from Kotaku about how it was pretty much the best deal in gaming this generation, and it really, truly is. Even if you only wind up liking about 25% of the games, it pays for itself. Tha Bloo Monkee 1 Share
TheLegendOfMart
I've been PS+ since 2011 I think, I'm paid up till Feb 2014, and its been MORE than worth it. I've saved a TON of money on discounts alone and the Instant Game Collection lets me try games I wouldn't normally play or spend money on. I am waiting to see what Sony do with PS+ for PS4 before I extend it any further.

Will the PS3 side of things still be good/will we need to pay more for ps4/will ps4 be a separate sub to the current vita/ps3? ?39.99 RRP really is the highest I want to see. DirtyLarry Veteran Posted May 3, 2013 Veteran Share Posted May 3, 2013 I honestly am not sure why there is any concern for how it will be handled on the PS4. I do not see the basic premise of it changing much, if at all, so really how can you go wrong? I guess perhaps if they charge more, but the precedent has already been set. If it is more, it will not be by much. As proven by this list alone, it is well worth it, so as long as it is reasonable increase, which again I cannot fathom how it would not be, it will still be a tremendous value. And perhaps it is naive to feel this, but I really think there will be little to no increase as they have already introduced it.
sagum
I bet I've got more games for $50 in the last year on steam sales and bundles :) Still, nice to see what you can get on the playstation vs Microsoft's 'gold' service. I don't even have a ps3, but do own a 360. Don't agree with the value for money of Microsoft's gold service, nor that you have to pay to even use some basic services such as Netflix. Probably why I tend not to use the console as much as I'd like to.
compl3x
I think if it was the EU list it would be even more impressive. Just what I was thinking. I've been a PS+ member since it began and I have 0 complaints.

Tha Bloo Monkee
PSN Plus is way worth it. Got lots of free games and played through lots of games I would have probably never played or even heard about if I didn't get it through PSN Plus.

The problem is PS4 isn't backwards compatible with both PS3 and PSN titles and they are hardly going to give you free PS4 games so early after the console launches. I can't see what else they could offer that would be worth PS+ price unless they start charging people to play online.
neoadorable
Going Plus was one of the smartest things I've done all year, I love it. The Line and infamous 2 alone were worth it.
