I used to use Aptana, but I find myself using Netbeans more these days (even if it is owned by Oracle). I always found Aptana to be a bit buggy and slow.

Maybe I'm just crazy, but I edit everything in vim and test it in Firefox (and eventually Chrome) when I do web development.

You're not. Vim is a very popular editor. With good reason :)

For things that don't need to be compiled I use Sublime Text, it's absolutely brilliant, you have a huge amount of features.

For Java, Android and Java Web development I use Eclipse.

Almost - PhpStorm beats it out :) Same company, different product.

PhpStorm is really bizarre as a program though - it's insanely powerful and feature-rich, but you just have to find out the features for yourself :p I'm sure they're documented somewhere (most of them, anyway... probably) but you'll just be writing something and accidentally hit the wrong key and be like "oh that does THAT? Way cool!"

Dreamweaver, just for the code editor, I don't know if it's just because I'm used to it but can't find an alternative that looks as nice & functions as good for me
