+therealDamien Subscriber¹ Posted May 14, 2013 Subscriber¹ Share Posted May 14, 2013 I have a Linkskey LKR-604 router. problem is the transformer plug went bad. and the only transformer I have is a multiswitch one now here is the issue. the linkskey router says it take 5v 800ma but the transformer is 300ma and choices are 4.5, 6, and 7.5 I tried it on 4.5 and only the power light comes on. on 6 its the same. on 7.5 the router went into full power mode. now that seems 2.5 volts too much. but the router seems to only work on that setting.
