Just last week I downloaded "Internet Explorer enhanced for Bing and MSN. I can no longer listen to full songs on utube which I need for my heart condition. I have about 21 inches of songs I downloaded and they are on CD's in storage, it's over 4,000 tracks. I can only help with corporate accounting. I'm so fearful that this "Internet explorer enhanced for Bing and MSN" will do more damage over time I bought a second Toshiba laptop. They have not cost me my life yet just about $400.00. Any help any of the more technical users can give I would be grateful for. Words of kindness can help a lot too. I'm old and dying. My first Toshiba laptop is only 10 months old.

I can't help you with the 21 inches of songs, but maybe your hard drive is out of gallons?

I downloaded IE and youtube doesn't work. I have a bunch of cds with songs, but they are in storage. I need music for my heart condition. I am in no way a computer expert, my expertise is in corporate accounting. IE hasn't caused my death yet, but it did cost me another $400 to buy another Toshiba laptop. If someone is willing to help me and give me words of encouragement, that would help with the fact that im old and dying. My first laptop is only 10 months old.

solution?

go and install this, its a plugin called adobe flash player.

From experience, if he's that kind of user, that's not going to help

Go find a computer expert and pay him to help you.
