On Tuesday, developer Infinity Ward and publisher Activision will offer the first real gameplay footage from Call of Duty: Ghosts as part of Microsoft's next Xbox reveal. However, the company decided to give its many fans of the first person shooter series a very quick sneak peak at what will be shown in less than two days.
Activision uploaded a six second video on Vine that showed some behind-the-scenes footage of Call of Duty Ghosts. The clip showed wire frame animations of some gameplay, along with some facial animation and what looked like some odd visuals surrounding an in-game building.
Activision has said little about what Call of Duty: Ghosts will be all about, including its connection, if any, to Infinity Ward's previous Call of Duty Modern Warfare shooters. Activision's only official statement on the game says:
The new title delivers a riveting all-new gameplay experience built on an entirely new story, setting and cast of characters, all powered by a new, next generation Call of Duty engine that redefines the series for the next generation. The game will be released for the PC, Xbox 360, PS3, PS4 and of course the next version of the Xbox. The PC and current generation console game versions will be launched on November 5th.
